Our Approach

Fewer Treatments. Proven Outcomes.
Less Disruption.

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) delivers precise, high-dose radiation in as few as 1–5 sessions—no surgery, minimal side effects, and little interruption to your life.

Capital Radiosurgery Centers (CRC) provides highly precise, non-invasive cancer treatment using advanced radiation technologies such as stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). All treatments are made, based on clinical appropriateness, and delivered by board-certified radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, nurse navigators and other medical professionals who have received specialized training and corresponding accreditations.

These treatments target tumors anywhere in the body with exceptional accuracy while helping protect healthy tissue and preserve quality of life.  Our care is delivered by experienced oncology professionals in an independent, outpatient setting—bringing hospital-level technology into the communities where patients live, without the need for surgery or overnight hospital stays.

Key Benefits

Fewer Treatments

Treatment is typically completed in 1–5 sessions.

Minimized Side Effects

Precision targeting reduces damage to healthy tissue.

Proven Outcomes

Long-term cancer control supported by extensive clinical research.

Faster Return to Life

Most patients resume normal activities immediately.

How We Deliver Care

CRC’s care model delivers focused cancer treatment without the complexity of hospital-based settings.

  • Independent, outpatient radiation oncology center
  • Individualized treatment recommendations
  • Coordinated care from consultation through follow-up

What This Means for Patients
Our treatment protocols deliver outcomes equal to or better than traditional radiation therapy—often in fewer treatments—while reducing toxicity and overall patient burden.

For appropriately selected patients, precision-guided radiation therapy may offer:

  • Treatment planning designed to limit side effects in many cases
  • Lower overall treatment burden through outpatient care and faster return to daily life

Radiation Therapy Options
CRC offers precision-guided radiation therapy options, including:

  • Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
  • Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)

Not all treatments are appropriate for every patient.

Guideline-Aligned Planning
Treatment planning and delivery are aligned with nationally recognized clinical guidelines, including ASTRO and NCCN, as clinically appropriate.

Final treatment decisions are made by the treating physician based on individual clinical circumstances.

Conditions We Treat

Treatment recommendations are individualized based on diagnosis and clinical factors. For appropriately selected patients, CRC treats a range of cancer diagnoses, including:

What Is SBRT?

SBRT is an advanced radiation therapy that targets tumors with sub-millimeter accuracy. Unlike conventional radiation, which may take weeks, SBRT completes treatment in days—protecting healthy tissue and helping patients maintain their daily routines.

Technology Designed for Precision

We use CyberKnife® and Varian TrueBeam® to treat tumors anywhere in the body, even those that move with breathing or normal motion. Advanced imaging and real-time tracking mean no restrictive frames, no breath-holding, and no invasive procedures.

Care That Goes Beyond Treatment
